Jonathan Stewart is a Paralegal and Tax and Financial Planning Consultant at Johnson Starling & Rotman, where he primarily supports the firm’s estate planning and estate administration practices.  With a concentration in personal financial planning and more than 15 years of customer service experience, Jonathan brings a unique blend of financial insight, professionalism, and client-focused support to his role. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and approachable nature help clients feel at ease throughout the estate planning and administration process.

Jonathan plays a key role in the firm’s probate and estate administration practice by applying his tax expertise to the preparation of Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns, as well as state and federal fiduciary income tax returns. His ability to navigate the financial and tax components of estate administration ensures matters are handled thoroughly, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements.

In addition to his tax-focused work, Jonathan assists with the preparation, organization, and execution of estate planning documents and is closely involved in client signings, helping ensure that each matter proceeds smoothly and accurately. As a Notary Public, he is also able to facilitate the proper execution of key estate planning documents, further streamlining the process for clients.
